Integrated Management System Policy (QMS and ISMS)

Conexia, accompanies the health ecosystem in its digital transformation through the development of information technology. In this way, Conexia’s Senior Management is committed to the (i)  implementation, operation and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (QMS and ISMS) and (ii) customer satisfaction. To do this, the following actions are carried out:

  • Work in accordance with defined policies, processes and procedures.
  • Manage risks that could affect the organization.
  • Ensure the secure management of information.
  • Protect the confidentiality, integrity, availability and privacy of information through proper management of risks, incidents, vulnerabilities.
  • Align the objectives of the Integrated Management System (QMS and ISMS), to the strategic objectives of the organization.
  • Promote a culture of information security and continuous training of collaborators; supporting the adoption of best security practices in the processing of information.
